Paste SVG, Lottie JSON to Import — Now Available in After Effects!
We’ve just rolled out a new update to the LottieFiles for After Effects plugin, Paste to Import — Now in LottieFiles for After Effects plugin!
🎉 What's new
You can now copy & paste SVG or Lottie JSON as AE composition from the Import tab. Go to Figma to copy graphics as SVG, and paste into AE plugin to insert.
Note: Some advanced features like gradients aren’t fully supported yet — but we’re actively looking into it!
🔧 Improvements
We’ve enhanced the import engine to better handle a wider range of Lottie animations. Importing your animations should now feel noticeably faster and more reliable across the board.
🪲 Bug fixes
Fixed issue with feature checker - wrongly reporting supported effects, as well as minor UI bugs
